A quick and elegant dessert that is popular with all ages! This trifle combines brownie pieces, raspberries, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream in a simple, delicious summer dessert.
Bake the brownie according to the recipe and let it cool completely. Cut the brownie into small pieces.
½ batch of my brownie recipe
Wash the raspberries. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
250 g fresh raspberries, ¼ liter heavy cream
Assemble the dessert by layering ice cream, whipped cream, raspberries, and brownie pieces in glasses. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full. Serve immediately.
½ liter quality vanilla ice cream
