Spoon the batter into muffin tins, filling the cups nearly to the top.
For the topping, melt the butter and mix the sugar and cinnamon to create cinnamon sugar. Brush each muffin with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar to taste.
2 tbsp butter, ½ dl sugar, Ground cinnamon to taste
Bake the muffins at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 12 minutes. They’re done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
