This quick, easy and crazy good salmon appetizer is popular for dinner parties or large events. Easy to make ahead for many guests and with a delicious fresh flavor.
Whisk 1 egg with 1 tbsp milk and cook it in a pan to make a thin omelet. Repeat this process—one egg makes one omelet.
4 eggs, 4 tbsp milk
Let each omelet cool slightly before spreading cream cheese evenly over its surface.
200 g cream cheese
Add smoked salmon and chives on top of the omelet, then sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

Place the omelets in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Just before serving, roll the omelets and slice them into bite-size pieces, approx. 1 cm wide.
